One of the (many) reasons why we like to put out and
to play our own music is that it's a great way to get in
touch with new friends to spend time with, blending
together our ideas and theirs and partying together;
one of the main goals of our music is to bring people
together, giving them an excuse to throw some parties
the way we like them, with lots of sweating and lots of
fun.
Since we gave birth to Exprezoo, we met many new
friends, but when joining us there are people who
looked like legendary heroes until some time ago, it's
an amazing moment.
Agnès and Brendon Moeller have always been among
our primary influences, so the idea of mixing our ideas
with theirs has always looked wonderful to us, but the
result goes way beyond our biggest expectations: we
would never have thought that putting together Boris'
classy sexiness and Brendon's dub techno soundpower
with the talent and youthful enthusiasm brought by our
own Alexxei'n'Nig the output would be so juicy.
In "I'm a disc making jockey ep" we have stuff for
every kind of taste: for the partyboy who wants to
shout his joy out loud, but also for the quiet guys who
like headphones listening, chilling on the couch; for
oldschool enthusiasts, who will love Agnès' rmx, but
also for hardcore fans of sound quality, who will have
their ears tickled by Brendon Moller's rmx in ways they
had never imagined.
But even if you don't fit in any of these categories, it
doesn't matter: the four tracks in this EP are easy to
love, just like our friends who produced them.
